Tuesday - Contemporary ballet
This class follows a classical ballet format, while encouraging exploration of your technique in a fun and focused 75 minute class!
Nicole Johnson has danced with the Atlanta Ballet, gloATL, and is a founding director of Fly on a Wall.
Pathways is a contemporary movement class that engages the individual in discovering many ways in and out of pre-determined techniques and modes. We will think, we will feel, we will sweat. With rigor and physical stamina as a focus, this class gives dancers an opportunity to
investigate their individual movement practices.
Sean Nguyen-Hilton has danced for Columbia Classical Ballet, River North Dance Chicago,
Armitage Gone! Dance, gloATL, and Staibdance. Sean is the Artist-In-Residence at Kennesaw
State University and is the Rehearsal Director for Staibdance.
Wedndesday - Contemporary
Using the tools of; sensation, visualization and self exploration, this class leads the participant to more efficient and conducive movement.
For the past 16 years Nathan Griswold has danced professionally with the Houston Ballet, Alberta Ballet, Atlanta Ballet and as a soloist with Ballett Augsburg and Nationaltheatre Mannheim. He is currently active as a co-director of Fly on a Wall, choreographer, teacher and freelance artist.
