Testimonials
"Fly on a Wall is a team that truly listens to its community, and works tirelessly to foster safe spaces for artists by and large. If you are interested in an inclusive environment that encourages open-mindedness, intention & play, open classes with Fly are exactly what you're looking for. Every time I leave a class, I leave feeling accepted and valued as an artist."
-Scott Wheet
"Open classes at Fly are exactly that. Open. A space that’s not closed, discriminatory, or blocked up. I can unfold every morning in whatever place I’m at without evaluation. I could find something new about myself or my body, but I could also find nothing at all. And their playlists are certain to bring an immediate dose of joy."
-Bailey Jo Harbaugh
"Inclusive, welcoming, encouraging, a place safe enough to make new discoveries. No judgement zone"
"Fly on a Wall open classes have been one of my favorite places to be since their inception. The environment of love, acceptance, and support for the artists in the room is amazing. Fly classes provide a space to grow, learn, explore, and challenge yourself as a dancer. Some days I feel as though I’ve been to “dance church” after class. I am beyond grateful for the beautiful voices and encouragement of my Fly family."
-Cinnamon Dizon
"As a professional mover, Fly’s classes have given me the space to openly and further explore my bodies natural vocabulary all the while leaning And keeping in tune with ancient structures and vocabularies of movement. To simplify, I am able to express the chaos and order within side my being."
-Cara Celeste
“As a self-proclaimed bunhead, I love how Fly classes allow me the freedom to explore different facets of my technique and seamlessly fuse classical + contemporary genres.”
