GAGA in ATL

Join us for a weekend of dance led by Ido Gidron! He'll be teaching Gaga/dancers and Gaga/people classes as well as his own repertory classes. Please see the schedule.  Each class is just $18 or $28 for a Gaga/dancer + Rep Combo ticket.

Friday, October 22nd: Gaga/dancers 7:00-8:15pm

Saturday, October 23rd: Gaga/dancers 11:00-12:15pm

Saturday, October 23rd: 12:30-2:00 Repertory - Ido Gidron Dance Projects

Saturday, October 23rd: Gaga/people 3:00-4:00pm

Sunday, October 24th: Gaga/dancers 12-1:15pm

Sunday, October 24th: Repertory - Ido Gidron Dance Projects 1:30-3:00pm

Sunday, October 24: Gaga/people 3:30-4:30pm

Gaga is the movement language developed by Ohad Naharin throughout many years, parallel to

his work as a choreographer and the former artistic director of Batsheva Dance Company. Gaga

originated from Naharin’s need to communicate with his dancers and his curiosity in the ongoing

research of movement.

Gaga/people is open to the general public and available for anyone, without the necessity

of previous experience.

Gaga/dancers is open to professional dancers and dance students.

Ido Gidron is an Israeli Institute Fall 2021 visiting artist in the Department of Dance at Kennesaw State University
