A monthly weekend workshop with Sean Nguyen-Hilton focusing on Pathways, Form and Movement.
Pathways is a movement meditation that engages the individual in discovering many ways in and out of movement modalities. The activity of embodying consciousness in the present moment is at the heart of this class.
Form centers the values of the pathways class in a codified movement system. If Pathways is the feeling, sensing, all-encompassing flesh, the Form is the consistent efficient, organization of the skeleton.
Movement takes the unified approach of Pathways and Form and applies it to rigorous movement phrases.
12 people capacity - first come first serve.
